Exchange and refund policy

We hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase but for added of peace of mind we are happy to offer you a 14-day refund/exchange promise, beginning from the day you receive your order:

Provided you return the item(s) to us unused within 14 days of receipt we will exchange it or give you a full refund (to the value of goods only, excluding original shipping costs).

Please note that the following conditions apply:

• The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, with a completed SoulX Returns Form and your receipt enclosed.


• You pay for the shipping costs associated with the return of unwanted goods (we strongly recommend that you use a guaranteed, traceable delivery service and that you insure the items for shipping as we cannot accept responsibility for any return goods lost in transit).


• We can only refund you using the same transaction method you originally used to purchase the goods.


• If you require goods to be sent out in exchange we will make a further shipping charge.

This offer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
